The conference begins with dinner and opening remarks, Sunday June 2 at 6:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time, and ends with dinner Friday, June 7. A final schedule will be posted here in early 2019.

Dormitory rooms will be provided on the Auburn University campus with arrival Sunday, June 2 before 10:00 p.m. Central time, and departure on Saturday, June 8 by Noon Central time. These are very basic dormitory rooms, with a bath shared with an adjoining room. Sheets, pillows, and towels will be provided. Details will follow to each attendee. If you arrive earlier than June 2 or depart later than June 8, please make your own accommodation arrangement for the extra days and plan to Uber or taxi to the dormitory. Here are links to hotels in Auburn. There are also numerous rentals on Air B&B and VRBO, etc.

Travel Information

Most people fly into Atlanta, Georgia airport and take Groome Shuttle to Auburn. There are no shuttles to Auburn from airports other than Atlanta. Please make your own reservation online with Groome and choose the drop-off and pick-up point of Auburn - AU Hotel Conference Center. The dormitory is within easy walking distance of the AU Hotel. As soon as Auburn University lets us know which dormitory, attendees will receive walking directions. Be sure to bring an umbrella! The dormitory closes at 10:00 p.m. on June 2 for arrivals and closes at Noon on June 8 for departures. Atlanta airport is one hour and 45 minutes north of Auburn. Atlanta is on Eastern time, and Auburn is one hour behind on Central time. Please take these time differences into account when making your air reservations. International travelers should allow 2 hours in customs for arrivals, and at least 2 hours arrival at the airport for departures.

Driving directions are here. Parking is free at the Institute. If you plan to drive and are staying at the dorm, please email to reserve a parking permit for the dorm.
